(The Venegas family and Jemima, Elder Tilley mentions often, were one of his first baptisms of a mom and her daughter and mom's friend. Another daughter was already a member and several months later, their Dad was baptized. They are preparing for the temple now. They visit Elder Tilley often (Birthdays, Christmas, General Conference etc.) She emails us often too, but only speaks Spanish. These are pictures she sent us from the celebration)
I love you Jayce. We are leaving right now to the 50 year anniversary. They might broadcast it on the internet, I don’t know. I sure can’t wait to catch up. I’m finishing strong. The group that I have come with are doing very well. We are all sprinting to the end, and those that aren’t are getting helped by those who are. I love being a missionary Jayce. I love you tons.
(Mom) Sister Laycock … was the beauty queen for Utah during that time and I believe there are like 7 of those girls who were baptized because of her example. The celebration starts in 2.5 hours. We are really excited. … Love you all. Have a wonderful week. I’m pushing strong....till the end. My greatest desire is to be in the Temple my last day and feeling the words "Well done my Son, I have accepted your work". You are the best. Love you.
